SYNOPSIS
The Living Architectures Dvd-Book case offers the complete edition of Ila Bêka & Louise Lemoine’s research project on the architecture film.
Among the 8 films of the series, the "Living Architectures Zip" film is an editing made out of the 7 other films of the series. It is a real chimera with one thousand heads, which breathes a freedom that is different from that of the films it is made up of because it had already digested twice its concern to relate to a specific space. This cubist portrait provides a more abstract view on the relationships between the body and the space. Composed as a refinement process of the whole project’s intentions, this new film reaches an real artistic autonomy.
